Orchid Digital Media – Refund Policy

1. Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits secure scheduling, planning, and allocation of development resources.

2. Milestone Payments

Milestone payments are non-refundable once the relevant stage has been completed and delivered.

3. Project Cancellation

If the Client cancels the project:

• The deposit remains non-refundable.
• Payment is required for all work completed to date.
• Any third-party costs (domains, hosting, licences, plugins, APIs) are non-refundable.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind once development has commenced.

5. Client Delays

If required materials or approvals are not provided within 30 days:

• The project may be suspended.
• Reactivation may incur additional fees.
• No refunds will be issued due to client-caused delays.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Orchid Digital Media fails to deliver agreed core functionality; and
• The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Any approved refund will be calculated proportionally based on undelivered work only.
